Roaring River Bed and Breakfast

Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellations with at least a 7-day notice will be refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations with less than a 7-day notice will be refunded only if the room gets re-booked.
 
Rates are for single or double occupancy.  Extra persons (Herb’s Place only) will be charged an extra $25 per night.   Children are considered extra persons and must be over 8 years old.
 
Breakfast time:
Full breakfast will be delivered to your room between 8:00 and 8:30am.  
Coffee and tea is available in your room.  
 
Allergy & Food Restrictions:
We will try to accommodate special dietary needs if you notify us in advance.  
If allergic to feathers, please let us know in advance.
 
Smoking:
Absolutely no smoking in or around our rooms.  
A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking in the room. 
 
Pets:
No pets allowed without prior approval with a phone call.   (This would only be available for Herb’s Place.)
 
Courtesy:
We are very sensitive to the overall experience of all of our guests.  
We try to accommodate everyone.
But please understand this is also our home...so consider the following:

• Candles are nice, but they are a hazard here;
• Other guests appreciate the sound of the river and smell of the fresh air, NOT
  • The sound of your TV, your passion or disdain for each other, or your dog;
  • The smell of your cigarette (or other) smoke or dog
